Stunning

The fixture arrived in professional packaging and it looks just like the picture. I was relieved because my interior designer ordered a wall mount for a ceiling mount fixture. Had me pay for it and did not refund me So I was super careful to order the correct fixture.

They actually give u extra crystals balls in case u lose it. The crystals are real they so bling bling. The package are Very carefully which I like. I will or more from ur website

No remote, just use your wall switch to turn on/off.

Sorry that we do not provide light bulbs because light bulbs are fragile during transportation. E12 bulbs are needed to be bought. The fixture is also dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch (Not Included).

What color are the crystals? What material is this crystal made of?

They are transparent K9 crystals which are Chinese Optical Borosilicate Crown Glass. It has low inclusions and bubbles. It is used for lenses and prisms for lasers and optics. It has good physical properties and can be polished like leaded glass. It also weighs approximately 15% less than full (24%) leaded glass (crystal). A US equivalent is BK7.

Is the crystal difficult to install?

Requires self-assembly according to installation instruction and needs the patience to put it together. It's all worth it after installation, you'll enjoy this beautiful lamp.

What is the weight of this chandelier? Will it hang for a long time and fall down?

Our chandelier weighs are between 21 and 33 pounds, depending on the size. We've done a lot of testing on this product and it's very safe and doesn't fall off. However, the bearing capacity of your ceiling needs to be considered. Thanks.

Will the crystal get tangled up and cause a lot of scratches?

We use K9 crystal that is enough for daily use and transportation. The crystal is properly placed in the package and will not be wound together.

How do I clean my fixture?

Be certain the electric current is turned off before cleaning. Clean metal components with a soft cloth, moistened with a mild liquid soap solution. Wipe clean and buff with a very soft dry cloth. Under no circumstances should any metal polish be used, as its abrasive nature could damage the protective finish placed on the metal parts. Wood components may be polished with fine furniture polish, taking care to avoid getting the polish on the metal surfaces. Never wash a glass or crystal shades in an automatic dishwasher, line a sink with a towel and fill with warm water and mild liquid soap. Wash glass or crystal with a soft cloth, rinse and wipe dry.
