Fan wobbles and no response from customer service

It was quite difficult to install and the screws provided to attach the tubular frame would not line up with the fan base. The biggest issue with this one is that the fan wobbles - I’ve sent a video and multiple emails to customer service but no one has responded. I’ve ordered two other fandeliers from this company and all have the same following issues. Should’ve waited before believing all the positive reviews. - It looks pretty but not user friendly at all. It wouldn’t work with my wall light dimmer. - The light also resets itself every time you use it so if you have a temperature preference it won’t remember the last default. - It cannot be controlled from far away from the house. It can be controlled via their app but it lacks usability - their default room is living room and I only have mine in the bedroom so I have to click multiple times to go to bedroom (guess I could workaround and add it as if it was in the living room)

What is the shortest distance to feel the light background?

I need a fan that can blow a lot of air, is this fan just for decoration or does it actually blow some air?

This Fandelier is awesome, beautiful, and efficient. So cool that it looks like a gorgeous chandelier, and invisible hidden blades come out when the fan is turned on. It has a strong and quiet motor. The fan blows a lot of air. It only blows down, it is reversible. Across the room, it moves the air very effectively.

I lost the remote control. What can only the wall control do？

The wall switch only can turn on/off the pendant light and change the color temperature. The fan is unavailable.

Is the light bright enough for a kitchen?

The lamp has a dimming feature so you can control the amount of light. Using the highest setting provides bright light. Definitely bright enough for a kitchen. But the size of your kitchen needed to be considered. Maybe you need an additional light source. Thanks.

Does anyone have a trick of cleaning it inside?

You can make 1 cup water and 1/2 cup vinegar, place it in a water bottle. I spray down away from the mechanics of light. Make sure you place a towel under it.

Can this fan be controlled by a smartphone?
