We bought three of these

We bought three of these for our living room and they are very cheaply made and fall apart. Also unless you have extremely tall ceiling all the cables are way to long. We have 10 feet ceiling (standard is 8 feet) and you need to pull about 3 feet of cable into the very small flush mount bracket on the top. There are 6 cables and 3 power wires that’s 18 feet of lines you need to somehow fit in the top. Also wires are very small gauge and will pull if any tension is had on them. There is also no instillation guide to help. Useless, cheap, over complicated light that can’t be installed with items in box.

It looks very nice

It looks very nice and gives off a nice bright white color. I gave it 4 stars because I saw the same item on wish for a cheaper price, but purchased it from Amazon because the delivery was quicker. These are definitely from China, the bracket and annoying styrofoam seem to corroborate my theory. Lights look amazing, install was rather simple, but the bracket provided doesn't seem like it's made for US electric boxes. The screws to mount the bracket to the box and then the screws that come down and hold up the fixture are fighting for the same space. I sort of forced mine up. It does look good and you can customize the look of it by raising or lowering the cords. I did bypass their electrical connection piece. I attached the white wire labeled "N" to the neutral, the white wire labeled "L" to the hot, and the green and yellow to the earth/ground. They have this little piece to insert the wires in which was a mess to deal with.

It is beautiful looking light. I fell in love with the modern looks. When it comes to installation, it is not for the faint hearted. You can adjust the height and the design of the rings and it is a great feature, but I had to use WD40 to push in the strings to move up easily. You must have a helper. It is very cheaply built and I am not sure of the durability, if you use the light often. The crystals can break easy and to prevent the shipping damage to it, the rings are wrapped with saran wrap very tight and you need a surgeon's precision hands to remove the wrapping carefully to avoid damage to the chrystals. They give you spare crystals, just in case. I found one crystal chipped. But I did not replace it. The bessel has to be installed tight against the ceiling to prevent the shortened ropes to come out between the top of the bessel and the ceiling. Bezel could have been made larger to push the strings in without crowding the ropes inside when adjusting the height. These issues gets harder if the light is installed on a high ceiling. As far the durability goes, time will tell as it appear to be built cheap. Another thing concerns me is: I have 2 of them above the dining table and if one goes bad, I need to replace both.

The light does not work and I can't get the necessary cooperation from you guys
